Thank you for the welcome! It was your inspiring talk at the OCR expo that brought me here! You were so right about Twitter - so many resources, so little time!

You provided me with a very interesting day on Monday, during which you communicated some novel and challenging ideas, many of which I am still processing and researching. My students have up to now been adults, and have attended the course because of an innate desire to learn the skill I am trying to teach them, so the cards are all stacked in my favour, but nonetheless I am anxious to communicate in a manner that awakens in them the same enthusiasm I have for my subject. I believe that the application of some of your ideas may increase my ability to achieve that objective.

Erm, if they both somehow share login details, how can I choose to log in to one or the other? Technology confounds me sometimes! I'll have to stick with what I see here and lose whatever I had in the previous account!

Hi Russell,
Thanks for that great day last Tues. It was a really inspiring day and a real wake up call for some teachers and schools. Interestingly enough I was unable to open this page in school due to the filtering on Kent network. I had to wait until I was working at home. We will be looking into Securus. Will be in touch re an evening for my parents.

hi Russell, yes indeed I thought the conference was excellent and indeed it was great to meet up with you finally. Am hoping to get you into Long Stratton for a radio workshop with the kids, by then we should have Securus in an running and making better use of the 'tools of today' to educate or students..... and teachers.
